Yaolong company is equipped with 10 automatic welded lines of industrial pipes, equipping with online inner bead removed, online bright anneal facilities, producing kinds of welded tubes ranging Φ16一Φ273. Inner bead removed and solution annealed tubes are mainly applied for mechanical industries in boiler, heat exchanger, condenser, heater. Yaolong company is keeping stable cooperation with several large equipment companies. With sets of 16 meters , 12 meters bending machines and rolling facilities,Yaolong is producing large diameter fluid conveying welded pipes ranging OD Φ325一Φ2000mm, pipes are commonly used in oil, chemical, paper, waste water treatment, energy, environment protection, spinning industries. The owned designed automatic inner and outer polishing machine, whose polishing precision reached Ra≤0.2μm, the produced inner and outer polished tubes are widely used in sanitary industries of food, beverage, biology, pharmacy, beer, and electron.
